Here are our principles to achieve a process leading to effective change process and respect people.
Build a tool based on the systemic approach of change
For a scientific approach to change much based on the proven theories. We chose the systemic approach from Palo Alto University.
The end of the boxes logic
Unlike existing tools, our approach does not put people in boxes. It aims to understand that these boxes are only a contextual projection context and so to learn how to get out of this trap.
Return more than a profile, concrete plans
Beyond the profile that sheds light on the modes of a person, it is necessary to have lines of work to allow a concrete evolution.
A gradual approach fromindividual to team
Individual changes only make sense in their collective incarnation. Our approach initially focused on the individual leads to work on the functioning of the collective.
Propose an approach to empower business
Accompaniment only makes sense if it is empowerment. Our approach allows the company to acquire the skills of the HRS Institute while maintaining a link with us.
